It seems like very powerful software, is it difficult to use?

Unlike most management software, Vevi Dental has a modern, intuitive, and simple interface. Within minutes, you'll feel comfortable with almost the entire program. Naturally, some of its more advanced features, such as planning your technicians' work, may involve a change in your lab's workflow. However, Vevi Dental allows you to start using them gradually, as it automates most tasks, so you can use them from day one and master them within a few days.

I currently use another program, can I move my data to Vevi Dental?

We offer a free data import service from your current management software, provided it can be done automatically and within a reasonable timeframe. Just contact us. Our technicians will study your case and help you with the migration.

You've convinced me... How do I sign up?

Our registration process is entirely online and very simple. Simply enter your details on the registration page. You will automatically get access to our platform and can try it for free for the first 30 days, with no obligation. If you are satisfied and wish to continue using the product, you have an option in the application to subscribe to the service.

How will I pay?

We offer two payment options: by direct debit (only available in SEPA countries) or prepayment (via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card). If you choose to pay by direct debit, the corresponding monthly fee will be charged to the account you provided for the immediately preceding month. And if you prefer to pay via PayPal or Card, you choose when and how many months to pay, and you can use the platform without any additional charges during the contracted months, being able to acquire additional months at any time. In both cases, you can consult all your invoices directly from the platform.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

We'd prefer you didn't, but if you're truly not satisfied, we won't put any obstacles in your way. You can do so directly from the platform, at any time. You will only be billed for the days you have used. Additionally, we will keep your data free of charge for the next 30 days in case you change your mind and wish to continue using the product.

What is "the cloud"?

Cloud computing is a new model that allows software solutions to be offered as a service. You won't have to install and maintain the product. With just an internet connection, you can access it from any device. Our team of experts will take care of everything necessary to ensure your data is available at all times.

Is the cloud the ideal solution for my business?

Will I have to pay for product updates?

No. Your subscription includes continuous product updates. In fact, we are constantly improving our platform, and you can enjoy new functionality instantly without having to pay or install anything.

Is Vevi Dental compatible with Veri*factu?

Yes, Vevi Dental already has a version available adapted to the Regulation on Invoicing System Requirements, approved by R.D. 1007/2023, of December 5, better known as Veri*factu. You just need to request our support team to update your account to the certified version. Please contact us for more information or a copy of the program's Veri*factu Certification.

Furthermore, if your tax residence is in the Basque Country, we are also adapted to the TicketBAI system, so you can also comply with current legislation. Please contact us for more information and to update your account to the TicketBAI-compatible version.
